|
Bis on Main is proud to welcome back one of Washington's premier wineries, Andrew Will, for a pair of wine dinners the evenings of Sunday, May 2 and Monday, May 3, 2010.
Long considered one of Washington's premier wineries, Andrew Will’s single vineyard bottlings are not only amongst the best wines produced in our state, but also showcase the differences between some of Washington's top vineyard sites such as Ciel du Cheval and Champoux.
As always, our wine dinner will pair seven Andrew Will wines with a six-course dinner prepared by our Chef, Christopher Peterson. This dinner will feature Andrew Will's current releases including the 2007 Two Blondes, 2007 Ciel du Cheval, 2007 Champoux and 2007 Sorella. We will also feature their 2007 Sangiovese, 2008 Pinot Gris and a pre release 2008 Cabernet Blend from 4 different vineyards.
Each evening's dinner will be hosted by Andrew Will’s winery manager and assistant winemaker, David Oldham.
In addition, this wine dinner will become a part of our Bis on Main cookbook, due out in October of this year. The book will include many photographs from the dinner, as well as all the recipes.
Cost for the dinner will be $110 per person and seating is limited. The dinners start promptly at 5.30pm on Sunday, May 2 and at 6.30pm on Monday, May 3.

We served the last dinner in our original space on September 4 2006. six weeks (and one day) later we reopened with a completely remodeled restaurant with double the seating, an intimate bar and lounge, as well as a second/private dining room for up to 40 guests. Last spring we finished our facelift with a new awning, refacing and sign.
The final result has been a tremendous success and a source of pride for all of us here. We have maintained the intimacy and personal touch that has always been our hallmark, while greatly expanding the services we have to offer our customers.

THE RESTAURANT
Bis on Main was opened in Semptember 1998 by Joe Vilardi and Michel Fredj. Our dining room is perfect for special occasions, business dinners or a quick meal. We can handle groups up to 70 and the restaurant is available for private parties. we offer a full premium bar and an award winning wine list with over 300 selections from California, the Northwest, Italy and France.
